I logged a valid complaint regarding the Standard Bank internet functionality on 2 October 2012 and Standard Bank sent the reply "Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to address your complaint." but have never addressed it nor responded to it at all. This is NOT in keeping with their slogan of "150 years of moving you forward", in fact it has moved me BACKWARDS. I cannot believe the arrogance of charging such high fees for their "service" and yet not bothering to reply to valid complaints! Time to move to a bank that cares about their customers.

Very bad attitude for a company that should be client focussed. I will receive an automated response to this complaint as well from Standard Bank saying that they will respond to my query, but I know they won't.
