Transunion Credit Bureau
Payments not updated

I need help i had three accounts which where referred to Credit bureaux i have since made payment and i also have settlement letters from the attorneys but my creditors are not interested in updating my account as paid up in credit bureaux am not sure who to speak to, My Vodacom account is updated as fully paid but the other two there no updates
