Please update my account with credit bureaux

I had a Total sports accounts i was owing due to that it was referred to credit bureaux i paid up the account and i was send a comfirmation letter by Dmc Debt management but till today my credit bureaux has not been updated as paid up can someone please refer me to any person who can assist as am getting frustrated
