False listing in credit bureaux

I had an account (loan) with Blue Financial Services which was listed on the credit bureaux. I paid the loan in full and settled the account in July 2011. Blue Financial Services removed the listing from all of the credit bureaux as we agreed. I recently pulled my credit profile from the credit bureaux as I do once a year and to my surprise I noticed that Blue Financial Services has listed me on the credit bureaux once again for the full loan amount I previously had with them that I have settled in July 2011 and that was removed from the credit bureaux previously. I dont owe Blue Financial Services a cent so I can not see why or understand how they can list me on the credit bureaux for a loan amount that was settled in full in July 2011 and which was removed from all of the credit bureaux as arranged with Blue Financial Services and then they list me on the credit bureaux once again for the full loan amount that was paid in full already and there is no funds outstanding or owing to them. I am currently dealing with Lebohang Mahlangu a manager at Blue Financial Services and I have listed my query and frustration with her on the 31st of May and still no feedback.
