This morning i called in to cancel a car insurance policy. i spoke with Ashley Moodley he was very friendly and seemed to be genuinely concerned about why i wanted to cancel. he immediately offered me a better deal and now i'm smiling from ear to ear.

Virgin money is so effecient and it hires such great staff as i am always getting great service when ever i call their call centre.
