Nedbank- Not updating payments at the Bureau

I had 2 personal loans with Nedbank which I paid in full 7 months ago, to my surprise this afternoon they have not updated the loans as paid up in full. This affects my credit rating when I go for credit application. I called Nedbank twice to tell them to update the information and both call centre agents (one of them being a Gugu) told me I need to forward them proof, as in, my credit report from TransUnion. Now I need to pay R32 in order for TransUnion to forward me an updated credit profile which I find ridiculous because NEDBANK FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY!!! One of the agents told me that it shows as updated there is no way that Nedbank could not have forwarded and updated the information to the Bureau because they claim to do it every month while the Bureau confirms they have not updated my credit profile in 7 months. This is utterly ridiculous!!!
