On the 28/12/2012 I made a payment of R3387 into my Maravedi account. My account was and always has been up to date. On 11/01/2013 I made another payment of R15335 into the account to settle the account. The account is now paid up.

I check my credit reports regularly with the bureaux. Today when I checked, I found that Maravedi has reported my account with them as in arrears for Jan 2013, with an amount of R3458!!

How is this possible??? I demand to know how you can report such blatantly incorrect information to the credit bureaux, which impacts negatively on my credit score.

I WANT THIS RECTIFIED ASAP.
