Standard Bank does it again RIP OFF

We had our tiled roof high pressure cleaned yesterday. On almost completing the job, the guy fell through the tiles and made a hole in our ceiling. The beam inside the roof collapsed under him. We bought this house 5 months ago, not without drama as well... thanks to standard bank. How was the inspections certificate passed with a rotten beam inside the roof? We are now told by Standard Bank Insurance, as paying customers, we cannot claim and use OUR MONEY as it was not accidental. SERIOUSLY!!! How in heavens name does any of this make sense. We are sitting with a huge hole in our roof and ceiling in the middle of winter. Standard Bank how dare you rip us off like this!!! We want this sorted out ASAP. THIS IS SO UNFAIR!!!
