Have home owners insurence. Have waterdamage to roof and walls.
Try and claim say sorry maintenance related.
Say ok, take second bond spend R65, 000 on repairs.
Rain comes roof leaks, get two other waterproofing experts in, they say roof cant leak.
Get Structural Engineer in, says roof cant leak, looking from outside, looking inside says that the spacing between the tiles is wrong. Qoute to fix R25, 000.

So wish I was with Outsurence at least they TRY and help their clients.
Shame on you Standard Bank, this is definately not meeting the client halfway not even 1%way.
People do NOT take Standard Bank home insurence, they NEVER pay out!
