Still have not been payed OUT on my claim

My car was in May, my claim lodged the end of that month. The motor finance corp sat with my NATIS which needed to be retrieved... it is now July. I am still sitting with no payment... Hollard has not had the decency to keep me informed as to what is going on and I have had to contact them to find out what is happening. In the meantime they have debited my account for the last two months... I am paying insurance on a car I no longer have... I am beyond frustrated... I finally contacted the guy who assessed my claim... he is the only one willing to help me. I am five months pregnant in need of a car... have to rely on the kindness of others to give me a lift, really do not need this frustration and stress. IRRITATED BEYOND!
