Hollard!! No Response/Late/Passing The Buck

Hollard Insurance is really testing my patience now!!
In August 2012 I had an insurance claim for a car accident in which a truck drove into me.
I had almost R60000 worth of damage.
The claim was registered quickly enough and sent to the panel beaters.
My horrible experience started! With no feedback, no report, nothing. I had to keep phoning Holland and the panel beater to find out how far my car was. Almost two months later I got the car back, never mind the fact that it had to go back for a few things not fixed. Even after wards I didn't get any phone call or report from Hollard.
Now!! As the accident was NOT my fault at all, I phoned Hollard to see if the recovery had started. 6 Months after the accident, only to find out that no recovery had started.
Again after phoning Hollard numerous times to find out what is going on, I finally spoke to someone who said the claim was now with the recovery attorneys and gave me there number. Again, I had to do the follow up! I phoned attorneys, only to hear that they don't do Hollard claims!!!
Seriously!! This is ridiculous, and Hollard can be assured that I will be cancelling my policy with them. I pay them, but I do all the work.
