10 days in, and nothing! WHAT'S HAPPENING???

My sister had an accident with my car on Friday evening, 6 Sept 2013. I contacted my Insurance Broker (RB) and logged the accident report (Ref: 102 331). On Monday I completed the motor accident claim form. On Thursday I was told by Ann at RB that Hollard wanted to write off my car, even though the damage was nowhere NEAR extensive enough to justify a write-off. Ann said that she had already contacted Hollard on my behalf to send out a second assessor because RB was NOT ACCEPTING the write-off. Hollard then sent a SECOND ASSESSOR out, and as of Monday, 16 Sept 2013 nothing has yet been done!

My Hollard claim number is GM5755. Firstly, IN WHAT WORLD DOES RADIATOR AND COSMETIC DAMAGE VINDICATE A CAR BEING WRITTEN OFF? Secondly, it's now been 10 days since the accident, and NOTHING has yet been done! RB cannot even authorise repairs due to Hollard taking their time with their assessors. In the meantime, Hollard's client is stranded without wheels!!! I have never come to see such shoddy service! Get back to ME AND RB ASAP on this! You can contact Alec at RB, who is handling the claim. I expect a call from a Hollard rep no later than Tuesday, 17 Sept 2013 @ 12:00. You have my details!!
