I previously complained on hello Peter because my claim had taken so long to pay out. My car was in May, after the complaint my claim was paid out and I was reassured that money would not be debited off my account and I would be reimbursed for the two months that money was deducted. On the 1st August another debit order went off my account for insurance on my vehicle. I then called Hollard, who told me to call Dealernet. Dealernet then informed me that they were waiting for Hollard and I was to contact Hollard. To make a long story short, for 3 days my husband and I were on the phone between the two company's... the result nothing... no one has contacted me back. I am really upset at how my claim has been handled, fed up and at this point want nothing to do with Hollard. My husbands insurance handled our case when his camera equipment got two years ago with such care and efficiency. I am 6 months pregnant, and all I want is the money back for three months that money has been taken from me.
