I am getting tired of this. How many things could go wrong in such a short space of time.

First, I was quoted on the wrong vehicle, which had a hire retail value that the actual vehicle I had. I was then quoted on the correct vehicle but the premium went up from R940 to R988 yet the vehicle has a lesser retail value. This was on the pretext that my vehicle did not have a tracker installed. I then installed the tracker and the premium was still at R953. When i phoned the call centre, one of the operators said he would reduce the premium to R933 but he did not do it. Another lady actually listened to the call today and confirmed that the operator i spoke to actually said he would reduce the premium yet he did not update the policy. To make matters worse, when i was insuring the vehicle, I was categorically told that i did not need to take the vehicle for inspection since it was a new vehicle. However, contrary to that i received an SMS yesterday saying i must take the vehicle for inspection otherwise i would have no cover. Someone must have written on their system that the vehicle was in my possession yet i phoned and spoke to Patricia whilst i was about to pick up the vehicle.
