October 2013 i purchased a vehicle and a tracker device was requested to be installed - to which i accepted.
I then proceeded to sell that vehicle via a trade-in in december 2013. When i contacted the call centre to make the necessary arrangements on my policy they never mentioned to me about removing existing tracker device. So now that i want another one installed to reduce my premium etc... i am told i need to pay in a cancellation fee of R1200.

I am very much UNHAPPY to have to pay this in - as IF someone had told me before the old vehicle left my possession that it would need to be removed, I would've made the arrangements like I did to make the new cover to the new vehicle. (you are welcome to go listen to the last 2-4 calls I put in within the last 2 weeks)

So well done on expecting your customers to remember all the fine print.
