Does anyone work in ABSA's call centre???

I have tried to call the ABSA Provident Fund uncountable times in an struggle to receive feedback regarding my withdrawal progress. I get given a number, after a good couple calls someone eventually answers and redirects me to the next person... each time I try to contact the required person their phone will ring to voicemail!!!

Below is a list of all the numbers called in my quest for feedback :

011 846 3424

Currently I am waiting for 011 846 3424 to call me back (been waiting from 9:00 02/07/2013) as each time I call there is no answer, I have also left my details with Yolandi.

I am already frustrated!!!
Can someone contact me via email/sms with feedback as to when my pension fund monies will be deposited into my account (my ID number is provided to the Supplier - ABSA) so I am sure someone can investigate and respond with feedback.
