Tracker Cannot Locate my Vehicle on Testing

After tracker said that they fixed and sent technicians to my vehicle, i gave Tracker a call just to ensure that my vehicles can be allocated in case of emergency. Upon calling i spoke to Graham who could not do anything with regards to locating my vehicle. His excuse was because of the type of unit that was installed. After having this conversation this morning i am now convinced that Tracker is not doing what they promised as a simple request was asked to check where my vehicle was and they could not. I even suggested for him to check and give me a call back which he could not assist with. So now im told that a technician will come out again to check my vehicle. I am angry and frustrated with tracker because they are fitting defected units and now today i am without one expensive vehicle all because you Tracker did not do your job. You are only full of technical stories and no help!!!
