I initially insured a vehicle that I was planning on purchasing cash. However, The dealership had an accident with the vehicle so I was forced to look for another vehicle to purchase. I found one and with changing the vehicle details with MiWay (even after my premium was deducted for the initial vehicle) Henry assisted me with excellent service. The new vehicle I am now purchasing has a higher retail value etc which should have pushed up my premium. Henry went the extra mile to even keep my premium relatively the same as the original quotation I received give or take a couple of rand. They really go the extra mile to make and keep their clients happy. I will always refer anyone to MiWay they truly do things "Mi Way" and care for their clients.
