I was not happy with the service I received from the claims department, there was lack of communication, had I not fought with the consultant who was handling my claim, I would still be waiting for 1life funeral to pay for my mother's funeral. 48 hours passed still no communication
I received no sms to acknowledge the receipt of documents or inform me in time that my mother is not covered and the waiting period is 12 months, though it was just few days before the 12 months waiting period. I cant argue with that fact. The two consultant who 1st assisted me were very Rude, thanks to Melato who handled everything professionally she deserves promotion, she really knows customer service. I am worried that if something happens again I will be in the same bad services, I don't know whether to cancel or what as I have sent a complaint to claims and admin department they didn't even respond. After sending all the documents for my mother they still deducted the same premium.

Is there a way to get some response or is my money just going to the drain every month. I am very worried.
