Waiting forever to be served n still not get help

My sister and I went to submit a funeral policy claim on behalf of my deceased mother. The service there was poor, consultants were either on their cellphones or just not bothered by the nuber of people sitting and waiting to be attened to. Finally when we did get assistance, we were asked to come back with almost near impossible documents. It was made clear that the policy will pay out to the undertaker or whoever was handling the funeral expenses as there was no listed beneficiary, of which that we understood. My issue is the fact that we were asked to bring certified ID copies of ALL the people that are insured under that policy. I mean we dont know were half of them are and surely that shouldnt prevent the processing of the main member's funeral benefit. Ontop of the frustration of having to run around submitting funeral claims now we are required to bring irrelevant documents? It was rather inconveniencing.
