Funeral Policy benefit not paid from Standard Bank

My mother passed away last year in August and I had a Standard Bank policy for her that I took long ago before 2005. When I told them that she has passed and submitted a claim, they gave me more grief on top of the pain I was in, they just didn't care, until I said I am not leaving the Bank until they helped me. OK!! The policy says they will pay out R1200.00 every 6 months after the funeral claim, which should have been in February this year. They didn't. I called, no one helped. I e-mailed them on the 24 April 2013 and my e-mail is been sent up and down with no assistance. The only thing given to me by Standard Bank is more grief and a headache at the expense of my mother's memory. I will not advice anyone to take any policy with Standard Bank!
