African Bank
Pin changed without my conscent

I loaded airtym on 27 June 2013 of R100 and my airtym did not go through, I called my service provider and they advised that they systems are working fine, the issue might be with the bank. I logged a compalint with African Bank to date no refund!
Then, my pingets reseted without my consent as a result i lost R200 from my account and THE CONSULTANT DOES NOT KNOW WHY MY PIN CHANGED!
Last i checked I had R200 left now it shows a minus balance!!!
