Bad Service from the Funeral Insurance Claims Dept

I took out a Funeral Insurance for my parents with Standard Bank over four years ago and i became a payee and a beneficiary to the policy and my dad became the policy holder and my mother and brother were under my dad as i was adviced by the consultant to do so. To cut the story short, my parents were devorced even before i took out a policy and my mother changed her ID to her maiden surname after the devorce and i signed the policy under parents but with but with different surnames and my Mother just recently passed away on the 08th of August 2013 thereafter i went to Standard Bank Bloemfontein CBD Branch to submit a claim.

Suprisingly my claim was rejected and i was told that because my parents were devorced and no longer living together and that was the reason my claim was rejected. Firstly the Standard Bank consultand was fully aware when he took the documents that my parents had different surnames and never adviced that if they are devorced or not staying together there will be no claims paid and i was very frustrated during that difficult time when i had to burry my mom and the other thing that made me very upset is that i was fooled by Standard Bank all the time.
