Nedbank debiting my account on the wrong date

Nedbank is debiting my account more than once due to the fact that one day they they debited my account on the 15 of the Month, when there was no money at all. I called the account department to solve the problem which is still not solved at this stage. I made arrangements to pay extra R100.00 (advice I got from one of the call centre agents) so to cover for that single payment that did not go through. My credit profile is spoiled due to this matter. I have tried to explain and asked if there was anyone to assist till today there has been no one, and Nedbank still debit my account on orkward dates even though I made it clear more than once that I only get paid on the 30th of every Month. The earliest is the 28 or 29 but definitely not the 15 or the 20th of each Month. I need an urgent intervention to this matter and will highly appreciate it.
