I have a personal loan with Nedbank and recently updated my banking details with them in June. They debit the wrong account after giving them clear instructions as of when the debit order should go of and on which account. When I phone the collection department the lady I spoke to gave me an attitude and said they will debit my account twice for the month of June. The debit went off 3 times for the month June and not as discussed. The Nedbank consultants does not listen to customers instructions if they followed my instruction in the first place this would not have happen. Know I have to pay extra fees because there wont be enough money in my account for my other debit orders to go off. It is unacceptable service. First debiting the wrong account in May and know debiting my account three times for June.
