I called Nedbank a couple of times to arrange that they debit my FNB account on a specific date & gave them details from which to debit, initially they debited on the wrong date & when I told them that they were debiting on the wrong date they still carrieds on. I then cancelled the debit & started paying the monies in manually from my cheque account with them. recently they just started debiting my Nedbank account (which i never provided them with) & i called them to advise them to take thier installment from there it was fine, now everytime money goes into that account they are debiting it. on the 21/01/2014 thery debited R1500 something & on the 22/01/2014 they debited the normal installment. i feel this is really upsetting that they have call centres filled with people who can't do thier jobs. worst of all i spoke to thier complaints department & they too assured me that i woukd not be double debited & that the installment would go off on the 22nd of every month & not5 ever time money comes into my account.
