Hi my name is Rachel Mamabolo ID: 8810241043086 - Cell: 0760896996. I have a personal loan with Nadbank i was unemployed for 1 month and i made the arrangement with them that in November they must debit my account accordingly as per the arrangements, Instead they debited my account more than 3 x times and they apologised to this matter. This month again Nedbank Personal Loan has debited my account ridiculously 4 x times. I am not happy at all with the service that I get from Nedbank every time I make this call. I'm totally disgusted in NEDBANK after being a client of theirs for so long. I have some of the debit orders which are supposed to run in my account and the money is not enough, i would like this matter to be sorted ASAP.
