Very disappointed in Old Mutual Protector
I am trying to update my Protector Preservation fund details.
My e-mail address and telephone number has changed. I also require an updated fund benefit statement.
Over the last 5 weeks I have e-mailed them 4 times. No response
Phoned 0860 20 30 40. Systems down. I was promised that somebody would get back to me. This has not happened yet.
The Protector Fund also has no option to do a self help on the web.
