INSURANCE NOT RESPONDING

In February there was a storm at Sasolburg where my carport fell on the drive way and the roof leaked to the house damaging the walls i phoned the Nedic insurance to log a claim they said i may get a service provider who will move the carport and that they will pay for the service because i could not move the car out of the yard.
They sent an assessor and a contractor which came a few days later to assess the damage till now i have not heard from Nedic whenever i call im told that they are still waiting for a report from the assessor.

im very frustrated because since february they are still taking my money but i have not received any services or response from them.
