No arrangements can be done hence i am unemployed

I took a personal loan with standard bank last year, lost my job in june last year and have been unable to pay my monthly instalments however, standard banks collection department has contacted me via sms notifying me to contact them to make arrangements or I will be blacklisted/have judgement, I than called and spoke to refiloe who is handling the file and I advised her that for now I am unemployed and I dont want to be blacklisted as I wont be able to get a job, she advised I need to pay R1000 at least for 3months than settle the full R16000? how can be able to pay this when i am not working relying on my wife to keep going? I explained that I can pay as little as R100 and start paying my normal instalments as from end of April as looking at starting a new job begging of April. She told me that will not work can some help and tell what to do, once you blacklist me I wont get a job which means I can not repay the loan. Let alone taking care of my family. Can some1 from standard bank contact me and make sound arrangements. Im just a number not a client that I can see. Please somebody who has authority call me. Blacklisting means no employement for the next 5years and non payment 2u.
