Waiting for over a week to have repairs done

Good day

Over a week ago after the hail storm, my house got flooded and carports collapsed

the first assessor was the re and said the damage to the roofs inside was as a result of severe hail and water on roof and that there is no damage to the roof, today when it was raining the roof inside the house leaked all over the furniture again!!! kindly send professional people next time who know what the they are doing.

Nothing has been fixed im leaving on holiday next week friday with a house that leaks a carport that has collapsed all carpets have been damaged and pick up by the assessor and now nothing when am i getting new carpets??? will i have to wait till the whole house falls apart??? outsurance is quick to take the premiums every months but you get no service in fact the worst service ever!!! no one calls or keeps you up to date nothing and every day the more and more damage is happening and nothing is being done.i want all repairs and items replaced this week and thats it or i will take further legal steps if necessary.

Kindly appoint professional intelligent people who knows how to do there job please sort this out now!!!
