Double debiting and not canceling my policy

I am very disappointed in yambu as it is a new company promising to be better then their competitors, but in actual fact the worst. I took a policy with them for other reason that was just not ordinary, that i agree on but because it offered something different i believed in it, however at first the policy documents were not delivered which led to the cancellation of the policy . now what is weird i was given a number to call by one of the management team to call and the lady who helped me which i forgot to rite down asked me all the necessary question to make sure what was reason for my cancellation . i did point it to her i dnt have the time to fax cancellation as I'm always on the road. I even told her of a debit order that went off prior to my cancellation and she assured me me and my partners policies were cancelled, this was may . unbelievably June 25 my partner were deducted 278 which is double of their monthly premium of 139 now they claim they cant find recording of the call made when i have the number it was called to. You ripping people off to pay for your loss that you running as a company and it is not fair.im still waiting for noleen to come back at me.
