On the 24th of June, four debit orders which were unathorised went off my Cheque account for a total amount of R2600.00 and i didnt even notice cause no notification was sent to me via sms. I called their callcentre on the 26th as soon as i realised and spoke to Matlodi who was so, so, useless beyond the word itself, she placed me on hold for more than 20min to come back and say sorry we cant assist. I then decided to go to their branch in Florida where i spoke to C Khomo who gave me his e-mail address: [Email Removed] so i could send him documents confirming that the debit orders were not supposed to go off, i had to go to the office during my leave to find and e-mail these documents to him. It is now the 1st of July and nothing has has happened, i emailed him again this morning and he hasnt even bothered to read my e-mails. I'm fed up with FNB i assure you that my next salary will be going to a different Provider.

Hope i get a decent response from this, if it wont be ignored
