I'm very disappointed about the manner in which my query was handled. All I asked was for my current policy to be cancelled and one would think it's a straight forward request. I then get a standard response advising they are so sorry to lose me as a client blaaaa blaaa blaaa and want to know the reason for the cancellation.

I guess based on my response, the consultant in question made a decision not to cancel my policy as to the reason only she knows. As such I have a double debit on my bank account where my new policy which stared on 1 October 2013 debited my account as they should and now dial direct also debited my account as a result of their, sloop, lazy and incompetent consultant. I'm advised that my policy was billed in areas as such the debt order that went off on 25 September 2013 was for the month of October. My policy was cancelled today only, after I made a follow up call and now they are telling me they not sure if they will refund the debit order. What I find strange is that they cancelled my policy effective 30 September 2013 but they choosing to keep my October premium. Oh well I guess that's what I get for dealing with incompetent people.
