Does Outsurance really bend backward for clients?

I have been a loyal client for about 10 years. On the 6 June 2013 I logged a claim for water damage to my ceiling after very strong rains in the Western Cape. Firstly I had to wait about 3 days for someone to come out to my house. Today is the 1 July 2013 and still not one person has phoned me regarding this claim. This is nearly a month later. What happened to Outsurance bending over backwards to help me. I really feel very dissapointed regarding this matter and I have come to the point were I would have to start looking elsewhere for a company that is willing looks after my needs. To put it bluntly, I am not getting the service that is promised from Outsurance.
