This is exactly my problem, when taking out your service policy, you have a non-qualified mandated intermediary sales agent that doesn't comprehend the underwritten details of your policy, so when asking the details they are unable to answer you. Your policy states "major service" included, if this doesn't cover cam belt then it should have been made clear in writing or statement in verbal or condition in your policy. I haven't received any detailed information from Motorite with my policy details since I took out this extended service plan, haven't received a call or an sms, your client service are disgraceful to say the least and your response on "HelloPeter" without any call to your client first is prove of this. My agreement to take out this policy was with the sales at the dealership but however it came about, your responsibility is to at least send confirmation documentation, with details of the policy, what is covered and what is not covered, the finance details of the premium and the additional cost of all the extra's that was not covered.
