Pay out funeral benefits within 48hours a lie!!!

The fact that standard bank advertises that they pay out funeral policies within 48 hours is a lie!! We lost our brother and we wanted to claim. we never heard anything from them in the first 2 days and only on the 3rd day did they contact us for information regarding the claim. Now we have to wait even longer for the pay out as they only started the investigation 3 days after the initial claim was lodged.

I just think its wrong for people to advertise one thing and deliver something else!! My mom is broken and Standard bank has done nothing to speed up the process!!!
