I would like to publicly APOLOGISE to Standard Bank on this forum as I have previously written a complaint on this site.

I am cut to the heart because I complained vehemently about Standard Bank feedback with regards to a claim I had, only to find out that BECAUSE OF STANDARD BANKS COMPREHENSIVE AND INTELLIGENT INVESTIGATION into this claim, the real perpetrator of transactions on my card has come through and confessed.

Standard Bank declined my claim AND CITED REASONS ALSO PROVIDING DATES, TIMES AND LOCATIONS and when I took THEIR DOCUMENT to the police to open a case, the warrant officer was able to explain what the different reasons meant, and narrow it down to a possible suspect.

Standard Bank I AM VERY SORRY for the hassle of investigating my claim, for the complaint I have made on this site, and for any discouragement I have initiated amongst my friends regarding this claim.

I am also going to email my friends to tell them that you were CORRECT in declining my claim and that in fact my genuine card WAS and used.

I am so troubled about my reaction this incident that I will be a promoter of goodwill on behalf of
Standard Bank from now on.
