SO DISGUSTED WITH FNB

I'm so digusted with FNB incompetent staff, I regret the day I started banking with them and i wouldnt advise anybody else to bank with them either. I had a loan with FNB and when i paid off my loan at FNB i asked that consulted to close my account because I was changing to another bank and he told me that he'd closed the accound but few months down the line a woman by the name of Prescilla called me to say i had outstanding unpaid debit orders (which occured after I've told that consultant to close the stupid account)... now FNB has listed me on ITC because of their consultant who didnt do his job properly, I've spoke to the branch Manager at Palm-Springs Mall (Bafana Lesojane), Vincent Mofutsanyana and Carol Laing (Bank City)... their consultant didn't do his job instead he tried to convince me to stay with bank, now I must pay R900 because of his inconpetence and didnt put anything on record. I cannot afford to pay that money, i don't it... i will never ever bank with FNB again!
