14 days and claim still not repaired

On the 21. 08. 13 my home was broken into. That very same day l called Standard bank insurance to register a claim to have my front door repaired where they have broken in. Well today is the 03. 09. 13 and my door still hasnt been repaired. I phonr on a daily basis and the only response l get from them is "we are sorry for the delay sir". I would like to see what Standard banks employment criteria is because as far as l am concerned they are all incompitent baboons working there. I spoke to consultants, supervisors and even managers and nobody was willing to help me. To them the customer is nothing, because after 14 days they still have the nerve to tell me that lm over reacting. To standard bank l need to say the following... Not only have you now lost me as a client on your insurance but youve lost all my bussiness. And to those considering Standard bank, l do not recommend that you do.
