Absa is a very bad service provider. We were heat by a hailstorm in early Dec 2013 and we logged claim 2497375 then but till today absa has not delivered. their call center are useless to the last degree. every time for the 100th time we call them, we r made to wait on the line for a very long time 45 mins to 1 hr 30mins and we still pay for those calls and when we get to an agent we r only told that the claim still needs to be approved. its the 2nd month now n we r told to still wait, what a disgrace on ABSA. You Gideon and Saldy Jacobs how long must we wait. must we wait for absa to give you bonuses or salary increase before u help us. Neve u r going to help us now. Absa is so embarrasing, all the houses in our street were fixed before Christmas n its because they chose proffessional & efficient insurance companies. Our home is the only one in the street still covered in plastics and sails n its because we chose a mampara insurance company and that is ABSA. But tell you what they never delay to debit our bank accounts, well that is what you Barclays ABSA are good for. Now man up to the money we pay you for and fix our home.
