Payment Reversal Request not assitance

I logged a request to do a Payment Reversal Request with [Email Removed] on the 27th of September, this email simply stated I paid monies into the wrong account and urgently need assistance to reverse this.
I received and email regarding the R160 charge and terms, I accepted this on the same day via email. after 10 working days I started calling to find out what is happening, I had 2 promises that someone would call me back on my mobile to update me but nothing happened, until yesterday when I received an email stating ABSA will not continue with the reversal because I did not accept the R160 charge and terms... I DID TWICE!!! and I called you (ABSA) 4 times and ABSA didn't bother to call me.
I am very upset because I suspect I am now way to late to recover my money and this is simply due to terrible service and inability to follow through on promises. I want a proper answer and reason for why my request was dealt with in such a terrible mannor. You (ABSA) have till Friday to surprise me and actually supply me with a service or I will go to FNB, this is not a threat but a promise. My EC: number is C637084A
