I have been trying to obtain assistance from Absa Life with no joy. My existing policy with Absa needs to be ceded to Nedbank as I am in the process of moving my bond.

I phoned your call centre on the 03 June 2013 and spoke to a Leeann, whom advised me that I need to complete a form she sent to me and return that form to [Email Removed] and my request would be processed within a few days.

It is now the 27th and I am yet to hear from Absa, I spoke to a Precious on the 20th and she gave me an email address to forward my request to [Email Removed] and it still has not been done.

I'm really getting sick of this pathetic service, I am actually paying for this service and not getting it for free. Decent service needs to be provided.

This is delaying my bond procedure and suggest that someone gets back to me urgently.
