Hi,

In the beginning of December i called the Absa Rewards call centre to convert my rand value to smart shopper points. At that time the call centre agent stated that there were having technical issues and wouldn't be able to process the rewards conversion. the agent took my details and the smart voucher number. The following day i received a text message that my rewards had been converted to smart shopper points but when i checked with Pick n Pay, nothing had come through.
Called Call Centre - Agent said all is processed but need to check with pick n pay but they said that they never received anything from Absa.
Called Call Centre - Agent said i should wait for another 3 -5 days. Still no joy
Called Call Centre - Agent Rene (helpful) couldn't assist but escalated the case to superiors.
Called Call Centre - Spoke to Rene (helpful - mentioned superiors was no in due to festive season. She said i should wait until the new year
Called Call Centre 15/01/2013 - Agent Rene was busy but the other agent mentioned i must call back. IM UNHAPPY

SUMMARY - I HAVE RECEIVED POOR SERVICE FROM ABSA REWARDS AND MY CASE HASN'T STILL BEEN RESOLVED, I WANT MY MATTER RESOLVED ASAP.
