Congratulations Standard Bank. Despite having our custom since 1996, nearly 20 years you treat my wife with the utmost contempt because of your incompetent staff and systems. Please be advised we are moving to another bank as a direct result of your incompetence and refusal to assist a client when asked. We have not had contact with our personal banker since he was appointed but hey we are supposedly valued clients. Rest assured I will also be informing Hello Peter, your Head Office and the Banking Ombudsman to inform the country (well warn) South Africa to exercise caution when dealing with your so called 'banking' institution! I notice ALL the customer comments I can see on your Facebook group echo our shoddy treatment by your company!
