Shocking Service from Standard Bank Head Office

I've never in my life experienced such shocking service from an organisation, let alone a large financial institution. In one day, I experienced horrific service within all sectors of the business I dealt with; its as if this is a standard and culture within this organisation.
Of the people I dealt with, the worse by far was management!!! If this is the standard set by head office, I can only imagine what happens at Standard Bank branches. After trying to amicably settle this via their complaints department, I was yet again exposed to the terrible standard set by this organisation, hence me having to rely on Hello Peter to assist.
Unfortunately Hello Peter does not allow enough characters to express the extent of my horrific experience!! As a customer, I was treated with such disrespect and disdain that I am still trying to comprehend how this sort of treatment comes so naturally to the staff of this organisation.
There is a total lack of accountability and professionalism amongst the staff of Standard Bank. What are the odds of having to deal with three different departments and having the same experience? Please can someone urgently contact me!
