Incompetent Bank - Incompetent service and systems

It has been 5 months of running around!!! Every time you need to do anything or chat with anyone, it has to be done within the bank - not via the phone or online - in the bank and only with your own account manage, so if he is sick or off there is NO ONE else that can help you! Then finally the online banking is set up, I used it once and now the account is no longer listed on the online banking - so I can log on but there is no account? 'Sorry mam, you will need to come in - we are not sure why this has happened'?? Are you kidding me?!! AND!!! You can not call the standard bank branch directly to even speak to the account manager, you have to go through the call centre - there are no direct numbers! Completely useless!! All my accounts are with FNB who I love but my Body Corporate account is through Standard Bank so I am subjected to incompetent service and systems!! Technology is the way forward but yet people are still subjected to having to physically go into Standard Bank to deal with incompetent staff and systems. Time to jack up your systems Standard Bank!!
