Standard Bank
Un-just treatment

I have been banking with Standard Bank from the time I began my career, I was initially a "Prestige" client and now have been up-graded to Personal Banking which should be the highest level ranking. I recently wanted to purchase a car through standard bank and I was advised that since am a foreigner I cant buy through financing. with that being understood, I was given an option for an RCP loan which was good. I have been trying to get it increased for the past year and I was informed that regardless of me settling the loan, I will not be given an increase. if that is not injustice and unfair treatment, I dont know what to call it. I was of the notion that we Standard Bank observes equality, my status should not really have a bearing, a credit record should speak for itself. Please look into this issue.
