Refund not paid out, Pathetic service

Had a loan with Bridge which was overdue. They then handed me over to Shapiroshaik for collection. So I Make an arrangement to pay with SSDA only to have bridge debit my account for two installments and SSDA debit the amount I had arranged with them. As a result I paid R2000 more than I intially owed. Now Bridge won't assist me to recover my money from their debt collectors. Despite having spoken to numerous people at both Bridge and SSDA I have not been able to recover my money. Why must I call their debt collectors for my money??? They should be making sure I am refunded but now that I don't owe them anything they don't care. I will never use them again!
