Pathetic Service

After we phoned Hollard to claim for our car to change the door locks it took Hollard a week to come back to us and they towed it to Benoni SAP Pounding and asked if the car is still in Middelburg!!! It took another 4 days for Hollard to send an assessor out to Edenvale where the panel beater are.
Its been now 3weeks and the car is still not fixed.
Queen that handles our claim are never at the office and available.
